Go-To-Market Lead
Description: As the Go-To-Market Lead, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of Skyline Nav AI’s cutting-edge visual navigation solutions. Your focus will be on generating and closing new business opportunities, spearheading product marketing initiatives, and cultivating long-term customer relationships.
This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic mindset, a passion for innovation, and the ability to execute sales and marketing strategies in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You'll represent the company in meetings, at conferences, and during client engagements, requiring significant travel.
This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 5 years of industry experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead outbound sales efforts and maintain a robust sales pipeline to identify and close new business opportunities.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to effectively position Skyline Nav AI’s solutions in the commercial, defense, and space sectors.
Build and nurture customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for high-value clients.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine marketing messages and ensure successful product launches.
Identify revenue-generating opportunities and drive profitable growth through a combination of market analysis and customer feedback.
Travel to customer sites and industry events (up to 50% of the time) to promote products and close deals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a go-to-market, business development, or product marketing role, preferably in technology or AI-driven industries.
Strong track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to travel extensively to meet with clients and represent the company at events (up to 50% of the time).
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Preferred:
Experience in positioning, navigation, or related technologies such as GPS, AI, or computer vision.
Familiarity with government, defense, or aerospace sectors.
Previous experience with API-based or SDK-based products.

Software Engineer
Description: Skyline Nav AI, Inc. is a well-funded, commercially successful scale-up focused on revolutionizing visual navigation technology as an alternative to GPS, for our commercial and military customers. We are seeking highly motivated and hungry recent graduates (Bachelor's/Master's) who are passionate about computer vision, computer graphics and AI to join our team.
As a Software Engineer, you will be working under the tutelage of two experienced product and R&D focused folks who have delivered many products to market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing computer vision algorithms, GPU shaders, and machine learning models to help our technology achieve high-accuracy visual navigation.
This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 5 years of industry experience.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test computer vision algorithms and GPU shaders for visual navigation.
Implement machine learning models for object detection and tracking.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, front-end engineers, system architects, and product managers to ensure the success of our product.
Optimize code for performance and scalability.
Continuously learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in computer vision and AI.
Requirements:
Candidate must be a US citizen, eligible for US Department of Defense Security Clearance.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
Experience in mobile programming such as Objective C, Kotlin or Java.
Proficiency in GPU shaders for optimization and parallelization.
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Good understanding of computer vision, image processing, and machine learning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Ability to pass national security and background checks.
Preferred:
Experience with visual navigation or similar technologies.
Knowledge of drones and autonomous vehicle systems.
Familiarity with Git and Agile software development methodologies.
