Skyline Nav AI was born in 2020 from the shared frustration of navigating urban canyons in Greater Boston. Inspired by President John F. Kennedy's vision of tackling the hard challenges, we are driven to revolutionize navigation. Through his US Army service, our CEO, Kanwar Singh, has witnessed firsthand the dangers of relying too heavily on GPS, as his colleagues have often faced GPS denial in combat. Similarly, our Head of R&D, Rajeev Surati, frequently experienced the frustration of unreliable GPS, often finding himself driving in circles around the Boston area.
Recognizing the need for a more dependable solution, Kanwar and Raj joined forces to transform navigation in GPS-challenged environments.
